Once a product has been delivered there is 24 hours given to notify us via email (hauusofnueinfo@yahoo.com) that you would like to return the product to be refund eligible. If we are contacted within 24 hours, you are then given 48 hours to provide a return tracking number and a refund will be processed once item is received and inspection is passed. In total that is 72 hours given in order to be eligible for a refund. After 72 hours, you are still welcome to return the product with all contents including the unopened product, thank you card, and all other remains inside but it is no longer refund eligible.
