Returns:
In the event a customer would like to return a product they are given 24 hours to notify Hausofnue of this and must receive a response as confirmation that we have been notified.
After a response is received within this 24 hour time frame, the customer is then given 48 hours to email a return tracking number so that we, Hausofnue, can then track the package being returned to sender by postal service.
Once the package has been successfully been received and it is inspected to be unopened. Please make sure all contents including packaging, documentation, and accessories are still inside and unopened. If the package passes inspection, the returning customer will then receive a full refund.
If a shipping fee was paid this will not be refunded. If you would like us to resend the package a new shipping fee must be paid.
In the event that a product has been opened, tags are removed, and/or damaged the order is no longer eligible for return.
Refunds:
There are no refunds provided. All sales are final.

If an item is damaged or defective, HausofNue will cover the cost of shipping for replacement.
